How Do I Change Email Address From Spam

Use the Block or Let settings to help control unwanted and unsolicited email messages by creating and managing lists of email addresses and domains that you trust and those that you don't.

This article is for Outlook Web App, which is used past organizations that manage email servers running Exchange Server 2013 or 2010. Manage your junk email

At the top of the screen, select Settings > Mail.
Nether Options, select Block or allow.

Safe senders and recipients

At the top of the page, select Settings > Mail.
Nether Options, select Block or let.
To add an entry to Prophylactic senders and recipients, enter the email accost or domain that you want to marking as rubber in the Enter a sender or domain here text box, and then printing Enter or select the Add icon side by side to the text box.
- For example, to marking all email from addresses that end in contoso.com as safe, enter contoso.com in the text box.
- To marking a specific person as safe, enter that person's full email address. For example, to mark all letters from KatieJ@contoso.com as safety, enter KatieJ@contoso.com in the text box.
(Optional) Select the Trust email from my contacts cheque box to care for email from any address in your contacts folders equally safe.
Select Save to salvage your changes.

To remove an entry from Safe senders and recipients, select the entry and select Remove.
Select Relieve to save your changes.

To alter an entry in Condom senders and recipients, select the entry and select Edit .
Make any changes you want, and select Salve to relieve your changes.

Blocked senders

Blocked senders are people and domains you lot don't want to receive email messages from. Messages received from whatsoever e-mail address or domain listed in your blocked senders list are sent directly to your Junk Email folder.

Under Accounts, select Cake or allow.
To add an entry to Blocked senders, enter the e-mail address or domain that you desire to block in the Enter a sender or domain here box, and then press Enter or select the Add together icon next to the text box.

To change an entry in Blocked senders, select the entry and select Edit .
